Not Displaying Logon, Logoff, Startup and Shutdown Status Messages
To turn these off
Start Regedit.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system.
If it is not already there, create a DWORD value named DisableStatusMessages.
